No hot water? We can be there today.
£65 call-out with the first hour included, and the price is agreed before anyone lifts a spanner. If it cannot be fixed today we will say so on the phone rather than charge you to find out.
Nothing to pay if we cannot fix it. The call-out covers the first hour. If the part has to come from a merchant you are told the price before it is ordered, and you can say no.

Every one of these is something people type into a phone at the worst possible moment. Each has its own page, so the search lands on an answer rather than on a homepage.
