Coaching for people who have not trained in a long time, or ever. No twelve-week contract, no direct debit, no app to download. You book the sessions you want and you stop whenever you like.
No card, and no sales pitch at the end. The first session is free because you should not have to pay to find out whether you can stand the person.
Written out because not knowing is the thing that stops people, and because a free session is worth nothing if you are too nervous to turn up to it.
What hurts, what you have tried, what you actually want. Nobody measures you and nobody takes a photograph.
Standing, squatting, reaching overhead. It is not a test and there is nothing to fail.
Properly, but nowhere near failure. You should leave able to walk down the stairs the next day.
Two sessions a week, written down, and it is yours to keep whether or not you come back.
Or you do not decide. There is no closing pitch, and nobody will ring you.
Per session, paid after. Blocks are cheaper but they are not required, and unused ones are refunded rather than expired.
Real clients, with permission, described in their own terms. No before and after photographs, because those are the most dishonest pictures in this industry.
“I had not been in a gym since school. He made it completely unembarrassing.”
The first one costs nothing, and there is no card field on the form.
