What a therapist's site has to get right

1

Half your enquiries are out of area

Every one costs you a reply and gives them a disappointment. Putting your coverage on the first screen turns that into the right enquiries only.

2

People can't tell what they're booking

Deep tissue, sports, relaxation, pregnancy: to you they're different treatments, to a first-timer they're a wall of words. Each needs a line about who it's for and what it costs.

3

Timing is the entire question

Evenings and weekends are why people book mobile. If your availability isn't visible, they fill in a form and wait, and half of them book elsewhere while waiting.

What we put on it

Every site is designed around the trade first and your practice second. This is the starting list, and it changes depending on whether you are mobile, clinic based, or both.

  • The area you cover, on the first screen, in the headline where it can't be missed
  • Each treatment with a length, a price and a line about who it suits
  • Your available times shown, rather than a contact form and a wait
  • What you bring with you, because people worry about needing a table
  • Insurance and qualifications stated once, plainly, near the booking
  • A calm layout with room to breathe, so the page feels like the treatment

What people actually type

These are the searches worth owning. Almost all of them include a place, because the first question anyone has is whether you come to them.

  • “mobile massage Basildon”
  • “sports massage at home Essex”
  • “pregnancy massage near me”
  • “deep tissue massage Billericay”
  • “mobile therapist Wickford”
  • “evening massage appointment”

What the 5 pages actually are

Not filler. Each page answers one of the four things people want to know before they will let a stranger into the house.

  1. 1
    Home

Do you come to me, where do you go, and when are you free.

  2. 2
    Treatments

Each one with a length, a price and a line about who it suits.

  3. 3
    Areas covered

The towns you'll drive to, listed, so the wrong bookings stop arriving.

  4. 4
    Prices

Simple table, no ranges, no 'from', because ranges make people ring to check.

  5. 5
    Book

Your available times, or a short form if you'd rather keep control.

No reviews yet, and we're not inventing any

No reviews here yet, and none borrowed. Four live sites and six concept designs, one of them a mobile therapy practice, so you can judge the work directly.

And rather than ask you to book on trust, we design your homepage free, first. If it isn't right, that is the end of it and it has cost you nothing.

What you're covered by

  • Nothing to pay until you have seen your design and approved it
  • The towns you cover written out, so the wrong bookings stop arriving
  • Your available times instead of a contact form, if you want it
  • The site and the domain in your name, handed over free whenever you ask

As many as we can build properly in a week, and we say when that is reached.

Questions therapists ask

I cover a big area. Should I list every town?

List the ones you'll happily travel to and say the rest is on request. A long list of thirty places looks vague, and you end up driving to places you resent.

Can people book directly?

Yes, and it cuts the back and forth enormously. We connect whatever booking tool you prefer, or build a simple availability form if you'd rather keep control.

Do I need photos of treatments?

Not of clients. A photo of your setup in a normal living room does more, because it answers the question people are actually asking: what will this look like in my house?

Where your customers are

Mobile work is entirely about coverage, so the towns you will drive to go on the site in words, and the ones that fill your diary get a page each. We're in Basildon and build across the ten towns below.
